Shadow luxury spray tan lounge is a space where everyone is to feel at home, comfortable in your own skin and completely judgment free... this is your safe place.
As a mom of three and as I say to my own children, I want everyone to leave loving themselves a little bit more because we all deserve it.

SPRAY TAN PREP
PREP
12-24 hours before your appointment you will prep for your tan.
- Wash with sulfate/paraben free soap.
-glo bar, native, raw sugar, love beauty & plant.
-Absolutely NO dove soap, bath &
body works, Irish spring, dial, etc.
- Shave
- Exfoliate with either a dry brush or
exfoliating mitt.
- NO SCRUBS WITH MINERAL OILS

DO NOT SHOWER BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. WE WANT YOUR PORES CLOSED.

How to rinse
Wait the right amount of time before you rinse. Follow the timeframe given by your artist. You do not want to over process.
Thoroughly rinse your body with lukewarm water, nothing too hot, you don't want to dry out your skin.
NO SOAP. Just rinse until the water runs clear.
Use your hands to remove all of the bronzers.
Pat dry after every shower and pat dry after brushing your teeth, no reverse goatee's over here!
Maintenance
After your first rinse, moisturizing is key!
Key examples:
*Hempz
*CeraVe
*Oil free or lightweight formulas. No alcohol, mineral oils or sulfates. Fragrance-free or gentle scents.
You want to keep your skin hydrated. H2O is your best friend. Your glow starts from within.
Moisturize twice a day, every day.
Avoid sweating, shaving, hot showers, pools for the first 24 hours post rinse. Your tan is still processing.
No exfoliants for the first 7 days until you want to remove your tan.
Do's & Dont's
DO: shower at least 12 hours before your appointment. Preferably the night before your appointment.
DON'T: shower the same day as your appointment.
(If you feel like you need to rinse off after a "workout", cool shower, no soap, no shaving, no exfoliating.) We also sell EX-MITTS at the lounge to wipe off with.
DO: apply SPF when leaving your house. SUNBUM lotion is spray tan safe SPF.
DON'T: get burnt before your spray tan. I will not recommend spraying you. Once you rinse, the skin that is damage will peel immediately from the reaction of the spray tan.
Always keep in mind, makeup is not spray tan safe. I will never tell you not to wear it, but your face will start to fade first. "Touch up" Face, hands feet are sold at the lounge if needed.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you call to reschedule or cancel your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled time, you may be charged 100% of your service fee.
Late Policy
Please call if you are going to be late. 15 minutes or later may result in a canceled or rescheduled appointment.
